Peer Support Groups

Whether you're struggling, healing, or simply looking for support/resources we can help.

You Are Not Alone

We’re here for you. Our free peer-led support groups offer a safe and welcoming space for people who are diagnosed with a mental illness. These groups provide emotional support, connection, education, and empowerment from others who understand what you’re going through.

Family members are welcome to come with their loved one to be of support for them.

Please note:  Support groups are not meant to be a substitute for professional advice. We only offer help by sharing our own experiences. Peer support groups are for individuals 18+ diagnosed with a mental illness.

If you are not sure where to start or have questions, fill out the form below and we'll reach out to you.
